If you get too much spam and you do not want that to happen do take time, you can set up filters to prevent spam or junk mail using the following guidelines:
If you receive a suspicious email requests personal information, you can report it to commit fraud.
Log into your Gmail account.
Open the message you want to report.
Click the down arrow next to the "reply" at the top of the message.
Select the Report Phishing.
Report suspicious emails will not only help you to protect your personal information, but also help Google to automatically identify the messages as spam like this to you in the future.
Add new address to "Block" Your List
If you have created a "block" senders list to use the filters, you can add the sender to your list easily.
Log into your Gmail account.
Click the gear in the top right of the page and select Settings.
Click on the "Filters" tab.
Locate the filter you want to add new addresses to, and click "edit" on the right side.
To add a new address, put a "|" after the final address and add new to the list.
If your list is too long, you may need to create a new filter. You can do this from the "Filter" tab under Settings, or you can create a new filter by clicking the down arrow in the search box above your inbox.
If email is spam
While Gmail have filters to help prevent spam from entering your inbox, messages are sometimes passed. If you receive spam, you can enable Gmail email blocker to prevent them from being sent to your email address.
Log into your Gmail account.
Click the checkbox next to the message you want to report.
Click on the "report spam" on your message. The icon looks like a stop sign with an exclamation mark in the middle.
If the message is opened, you can also report it as spam using the same button.

If email is unwanted
